Christmas Cards in February

Scott and I have been busy, busy, busy these days. It seems like Christmas was yesterday. I have totally lost track of things lately. It has been a season slam packed full of fun stuff going on and I have not even shared the fun! Be patient with me while I do "back blogging" over the next few days/weeks! We may end up with Christmas in March! ha

We had Christmas pictures made this year in hopes of sending Christmas Cards out to all our friends and family.... Well, that didn't happen. So, I have great pictures that no one has even seen! I really thought about sending cards out, but I kept procrastinating and while I was waiting til the last minute I realized how much money I could save if I didn't send any out this year. So, needless to say, I am a procrastinating cheapo. I just think it is ridiculous that you have to spend about $2 on a cute card, pay for shipping to get it them to your house, then pay for postage to get them to your friends and family. Postage is just insane these days. I am not vowing that I am not ever going to send cards again, because I am sure next year I will change my mind. It just seemed like we had a ton going on this season and that extra money would help in other places.

Anywho... These were our great family photos from Birds of a Feather Photography. Rachel Atkinson Elliot has always taken all our pictures for us, but she has recently teamed with a sweet girl named Jennifer Swindle Hughes. They have double the talent now! They are awesome.
